Hefer Projects Namibia CC is a building and civil contractor based in Swakopmund. 53 contracts delivered across 6 sectors, with our own plant and our own people.
How we work
We are a close corporation, not a listed group. The people who price your job are the people who build it, and the person you phone when something goes wrong is the person who can fix it.
The range of work is deliberate. A contractor that only builds houses stops when the housing market stops. Building homes, retail, industrial, healthcare and campus work in the same year keeps our teams, our plant and our supervision continuously employed.

Rework is the most expensive thing on a building site. We would rather slow down at setting-out than rebuild a wall.

From earthworks to final finishes, with our own plant and supervision. Fewer handovers means fewer things falling between people.
Delivered on time, every time
Every contract we have taken on has been completed within its programme. We have never paid a late-completion penalty.
Safety on every site
Safety, health, environment and quality standards apply on every contract, whether it is a family home or an industrial plant.
